    Himesh’s comment is very irretating. He not at all desveres to be as judge. Becasue of his comments Vinit lost from Debojit and Raja Lost from Anik Dhar. He sould follow Ashaji’s comment carefully and should implement in his song. Last but not least Sonu Nigam is one of the finest singer after Rafi and Kishore. Himesh ! You could not even equal to his feat . So do not even challange with Sonu. Prittam and Shankar is good. Adesh is again irritating personality. This time the guru selection is not at all good for Saregamapa 2009.

    To start with Its one of the nicest programme, well staged & managed as a mega event. Watching & hearing the same gives immense satisfaction at a place thousands of miles away from home & my country.

    Its a great satisfaction to see that Indian classical music is such a deep routed eternity accross the world. For us in USA its nothing shorter than Diwali. May the sponcers keep the funds available, year after year.

    Wish the participents all the bests in their success. In the words of Sarah from Pakistan, music does not follow the borders. Its we, all of us divide ourselves & nobody can do anything on the same. So keep it up guys.

    As regards to the quality of Gurus from different Gharanas, I would put them on the scale of 1 to five & 1 is the highest Rank.

    1 – Shankar Mahadevan
    2 – Ekalavya ( No guru but good Shiyas )
    3 – Pritam
    4 – Adesh
    5 – Himesh

    Himesh – Pardon me. You may be good but lower your arrogance. It looks like a Lal Zanda guy. We all are not so cheap. A Guru has to be a Guru & whose behaviour should be like neutral, Pavitra & Vandaniya Fraternity.
